KABAROAN ESKRIMA (8 yrs - Adult)
Kabaroan (art of the lord barons) Eskrima is the Phillippino art of stick fighting. Students learn to use different size sticks in either or both hands, and apply the sticks in patterns, disarms, and self defense.
